At WebAutoFlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions, both monthly and yearly plans.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@webautoflow.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order information and the reason for your refund request.

3. Refund Conditions

The following conditions apply to our refund policy:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Only first-time subscriptions are eligible for refunds. Renewal payments are not eligible.
  • If you've used a significant portion of the service, we may prorate your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time for refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Product-Specific Refund Policies

Different WebAutoFlow products may have specific refund conditions:

  • Etsy Shop Watcher: If you've generated more than 5 reports, we may prorate your refund.
  • UpAlert: The 24-hour Ultimate Plan trial is not eligible for refunds.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewal payments
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms and Conditions

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your current billing period, except as specified in this Refund Policy.
